The pond is good for wintering grebes and waterfowl including many American Wigeons, with an occasional Eurasian Wigeon. In spring and early summer look for passerines, such as Bullock’s Oriole. Western Kingbirds and other flycatchers, warblers, and the occasional Least Flycatcher and Red-eyed Vireo. Wintering Bald Eagles are often in the area.
