Casey State Recreation Site offers opportunities for fishing, boating, picnicking and viewing scenery.

Picture yourself reeling in a salmon, steelhead or trout at Casey State Park. Cradled in the arms of the wild and scenic Rogue River, bring your family and have a picnic on the lush, tree-ringed lawns or raft the river. A relaxing and fun spot.

: Climate in this region varies with elevation and from east to west. The western portions of this region experience higher precipitation and more moderate temperatures year-round. The eastern end of this region is much more arid, with warmer summer temperatures and colder winter temperatures. The higher elevations receive abundant winter snowfall which stays on the ground until early summer in the high mountains.

Location: Casey State Recreation Site is located in Southern Oregon, off Oregon Highway 62, 29 miles northeast of Medford.
