The first ever whistle festival in the US! It is a festival celebrating the instrument known as the Tin whistle, Irish whistle, Penny whistle, Feadóg Stain, English Flageolet, Scottish Penny Whistle, or Just Plain Whistle. Festival includes performers, vendors, workshops and Whistle Contest

Friday July 26:
2:00pm Festival Gates open
3:00pm First musical concert starts
7:00pm Evening Concert
9:30pm Open ITM Session
12:00am Gates Close

Saturday July 27:
10:00am Festival Gates Open
11:00am Workshops Begin
11:00am Musical Concerts begin
4:30pm Open ITM Session
7:00pm Evening Concert
9:30pm Open ITM Session
12:00am Gates Close

Sunday July 28:
10:00am Festival Gates Open
10:30am First Musical Concert
12:30pm Final Concert (session style, all invited musicians)
3:30pm Gates Close
