The day-long event features an afternoon of musical performances, vendors, workshops on music, dance, song, and various cultural topics.
The evening concert opening group will be Kitchen Ceilidh, a women’s acappella vocal music group who sing traditional and current songs in Scottish Gaelic. Earlier in the day, they’ll lead a wool waulking demo-working the damp tweed to finish accompanied by call and return style songs. Kitchen Ceilidh will teach the song refrain to audience participants and have some folks from the audience join at the table to work the cloth. The concert headliner will be Molly’s Revenge – a California-based, dynamic Celtic band known for its unique and infectious enthusiasm. The band’s instrumentation includes a classic combination of bagpipes, whistle, and fiddle, with a backdrop of guitar, mandola, and bodhran.

Takes place at the Hales Center for the Performing Arts located on the Southwestern Oregon Community College (SWOCC).
