Saffron Fields Vineyard invites guests to an experience unlike any other at its new tasting room in the Willamette Valley’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Visitors will delight in the inspired, earth-friendly design, the serenity of the Japanese gardens and reflective ponds, the world-class modern art collection, and the chance to taste multiple winemakers’ interpretations of this highly sought-after vineyard’s fruit.
Owners Angela Summers and Sanjeev Lahoti founded Saffron Fields with a unique vision for a winery experience. They have partnered with the best vineyard managers and winemakers to craft stunning, world-class wines, and have created a space worthy of showcasing them. Their goal is to provide a tasting experience that becomes a part of their guests’ personal narrative. The tasting room and grounds integrate with the surrounding vineyards to create an atmosphere of reflection and enlightenment. Open Daily 11-5.
