Panther Creek Cellars, located in McMinnville, Oregon, has been producingultra-premium Pinot noir since 1986. Under the supervision of winemakerMichael Stevenson, Panther Creek produces a maximum of 7,500cases annually, about 90% of which is Pinot noir. Panther Creek’swinemaking is minimally interventionist, working in the vineyards toobtain only the finest fruit, and at the winery coaxing complex layersof balanced flavors without filtering,fining or additives
