Founded in 1974 by Pat and Joe Campbell, Elk Cove now owns over 200 acres of estate vineyards. Winemaker Adam Campbell produces outstanding single vineyard Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Pinot blanc, Riesling as well as the highly sought after “Ultima” dessert wine.
