Part old school tavern, part big city restaurant, The Woodsman pays homage to the great Pacific NW not only in its name, but also in its support of the bounty that exists in this region. Chef Jason Barwikowski, alum of Clyde Common and Olympic Provisions, cooks American fare with traditional European influences centered around a charcoal fired Josper oven using the best ingredients available from local and artisanal purveyors.

The Woodsman serves dinner seven nights a week and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. We are open from 5 to 10 PM every night for dinner and Saturdays and Sundays from 9 to 2 for brunch. Feel free to make a reservation or stop by at your leisure. We look forward to seeing you soon.
