Charming hosts Deborah & Jean-Jacques Chatelard preside over this tiny slice of the Left Bank in Historical Downtown McMinnville. The only difference between Bistro Maison and a real Parisian bistro is the larger portions (moule frites and coq au vin are stupendous choices) plus a liberal wine tasting policy from their list of local and European favorites. Cozy up in the bustling dining room or head out to the beautifully landscaped enclosed “jardin” patio for saffron rich bouillabaisse, escargot and other knockout bistro staples.
