Owner and Executive Chef, Oswaldo Bibiano created Autentica, through a combination of cooking from his hometown Guerrero, Mexico and the appreciation for fine dining he developed while cooking in some of Portland’s most distinguished restaurants, under its most talented chefs. Autentica uses local meat and produce to ensure the freshest and most flavorful dining experience possible.
