Cielo Blu Italian Grill aims to serve the finest in Italian Cuisine, right here in the heart of Oregon Wine country, Carlton Oregon. Carlton has long been Yamhill county’s wine center, but in recent years local businesses, along with Pinot Noir enthusiasts from across Oregon, the country, and the world, have been working together to make Carlton the very center of wine, not only for Yamhill county, but for Pinot Noir across the state.
