At Bob’s Red Mill, Oregon-grown soft white wheat is stone ground and becomes the main ingredient in our pancake and muffin mixes. Come visit our Whole Grain Kitchen & Bakery where you’ll find many delicious menu and bakery items made from Oregon wheat, in addition to other all-natural items from the region. Breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays.
