“Hamburgers made with love” isn’t just a slogan at Big Jim’s Drive-In in The Dalles. Dedication and consistency is what we value, and we serve our customers the best food possible in a relaxed, clean atmosphere. Enjoy our clean comfortable dining room, outside patio, or drive-thru.
We’re GOOD food, NOT fast food. We never cook our burgers ahead of time; we make our own dressing, tartar sauce, and fry sauce; and we use our own recipe for chili. We still make old-fashioned milkshakes, banana splits, and sundaes. Our waffle cones are a big hit when filled with one of our 16 flavors of UMPQUA brand hard ice cream. Try one of our five fresh fruit milkshakes or smoothies.
