Inspired by the craft spirit movement in Oregon, Ted Pappas opened the doors to Big Bottom Whiskey in 2010 as the premier independent bottler of whiskeys located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Not only does Big Bottom Whiskey offer a 36% rye American straight bourbon, Ted also focuses on producing specialty finished bourbons such as the multiple awards winning, Port Cask Finished Bourbon.
In addition, Big Bottom Whiskey offers their exclusive Warehouse Series – a boutique line of limited production finished bourbons available only through the Big Bottom tasting room.
Tasting room open noon – 4:00 p.m. Saturdays and by appointment.
