Ovenbird is a Willamette Valley artesan bakery and catering company dedicated to utilizing locally-produced products. Founded by three Oregon Chefs, Bethany Schamp, Scott Viegas, and Katie Schaub, Ovenbird Bakery is housed in a historic storefront on Main Street in Independence, Oregon. It is a warm and friendly place to get your morning espresso, visit with friends over a delectable pastry, or pick up your daily fresh bread.

Hours: 7am-6pm Monday through Saturday
