Koosah Falls is part of the Waterfall Loop Trail on the McKenzie River. It is about a 1/4 mile below the equally spectacular Sahalee Falls. Parking is provided free along with interpretive signs and restrooms. I definitely recommend walking the 3 mile Waterfall Loop Trail which takes you along the river, viewing the waterfalls from both sides. This is a definite high point for a trip to the McKeznie.

FANTASTIC. These falls are beautiful. The trail along the river provides easy access. There are nice access points along the river that allow nice places to capture the beauty. The base of the falls are accessible if you choose to scamper down and feel the mist on your face. A+ location!
