This family run RV park is located on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Walk out the back of the park and into the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. A few minutes drive from Florence and beaches. Florence has an Old Town with great shops and restaurants. Only a half an hour from the Sea Lion Caves, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and Cape Perpetua.

Terrible customer service
Couple that run the place are extremely unfriendly. Have zero personality and poor customer service. Have stayed at many campgrounds and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had. Choose wisely and pick somewhere else to stay.

Perfect Location!
This is a great site! Each site has a spacious, gravel pad separated from its neighbour by a cultivated privacy hedge. Ours had beautiful fuschia flowers! Despite being located on Highway 101, it is a very quiet location, with direct access to the Oregon Dunes at the back of the campground. Woahink Lake is just across the road, where there is a fishing dock and seating area for use of campground guests. The location is ideal for visiting all the places of interest and close to local restaurants. We stayed for five weeks in May and June. We had a problem with our tow vehicle and the staff were extremely helpful, providing not only their time, but equipment to solve the problem. We would certainly stay here again!

Coming since 1996
We love this park. Friendly and always accommodating. Upgrades and maintenance are a daily routine. The place is immaculate. We love that you can ride from the park directly to the dunes. The fire pit with smores is a treat for the grandkids. We love this place!

What A Gem
We lucked into finding this family-run place on a last-minute trip to escape wildfire smoke and heat in California. Boy, did we luck out! Our 2 dogs would give this place eight paws up for the private beach on the clear, cold lake for which the park is named. They allow pets to be off-leash there and our water lovers had a ball. The spaces are adequately sized with privacy shrubs that double as wind breaks for the daily gales that arrive early afternoon. The park was full of ATVers who have direct access to the dunes park behind the campground. One star deducted for the weak internet (no cell phone service either), which forced me to take vacation rather than work from afar.

Oh yeah, we are back again!
We don’t have ATV rigs, don’t do the dunes, A-1 Family Staff. WE JUST ENJOY THE FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE here at the park. MAGGIE MAE, our dog loves going to the lake just across the street to play. Will return again in 2022!! Next year East Coast..
