Unfriendly staff, small sites, NOT PET FRIENDLY!! Dog barked ONE time at 6pm and we were read the riot act of their tolerant barking policy and that we better get a handle on our dog. There was a piece of rubbish in the driveway and harassed like it was ours which it wasn't. They have zero customer service, and act as if guests are a nuisance rather than the root of THEIR business. Site wasn't clean from the last visitor. They are right on the beach, ocean sounds all day which is nice. But if a place doesn't appreciate me or my patronage then they do not deserve to have me there in future. So if you like being treated poorly then this is the place for you. Otherwise keep on looking.
We spent two nights here, The property is located right on the ocean, one block walk for us to the path to the beach. We had beautiful weather both days. This is an older property, but bathrooms were clean and management was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Able to get a last minute reservation here. Many of the sites with long stay RVs. Very friendly, helpful staff and park quaint, clean and well kept up. Good cable and WiFi hookup. Sites are tight but the staff is always available to help with maneuvering. The best part of this park is it’s location on Rockaway Beach close to Twin Rocks. Several minute walk from our site to the sand. The beach is quiet with no crowds. Close to many great beaches and eateries.
First of all I loved the fact that the RV Park is right off the coast with a separate entranceway! But I didn’t like the fact the WiFi was nonexistent and the cable didn’t work nor did my antenna pick up any channels. But the ocean was beautiful-it just didn’t provide 24/7 entertainment. One caveat, sand gets EVERYWHERE!
This park is located right next to the beach...only a few steps to the sand! We did not have a vehicle so we walked the two miles to the community of Rockaway Beach and were able to experience the ocean and the beach life. I gave it a 3 instead of a 4 because the daily RV sites are bland gravel sites and no grass. Not much room for table or for using the fire pit that is too close to the RV in some sites. There are a lot of permanent structures/rv tenants who seem to have the better sites. It is a place to go if you want beach access in that part of Oregon. Located 2 miles away from the town of Rockaway Beach so come prepared with supplies.
