Maple Lane RV Park & Marina

Located on the Siuslaw River, Maple Lane RV Park & Marina has a boat dock with 26 moorage spaces available for rent. With 46 RV spaces 9 pull-throughs, they are big-rig friendly. Spaces have 30-50 amp service. Firewood is available to purchase for fire rings and barbeques. There is a tent area located on the river and this is a perfect spot for motorcycles and bicycles. Maple Lane RV Park & Marina alsi gas showers, restrooms and a laundry facility.

Perfect peaceful place to stay.

Love this park, very clean, staff (Darlene and Vance)amazing, it's on the river but most of those sites are tent sites. They have a community fire pit/socializing area. There are quite a few long term rvers there but everything is kept up very well. There is full hook ups, laundry facilities, shower. Cant wait to comeback sometime.

I just completed a month's stay: extremely caring owners, good rates, gorgeous marina and river view, friendly long term RVers. Story: Larry (owner) saw my dog limping, asked what happened. A resident's dog had jumped out of their car and started a fight with my dog, who was laying in the sun on his lead. The owner told me to go to the vet, he'd pay the bill and square up with the resident. I asked him why he was going out of his way? He said, "Because it's the right thing to do." With everything going on in the world (Covid, BLM protests, etc.) his response really touched me. My dog had a fractured foot, and he paid the bill the minute I drove back into my site. Beyond this display of integrity and kindness, I should also report that there's a long term RVer who puts on professional karaoke a couple times a month: see Don at the "Roach Coach." It's a blast! This place is clean, the washers and dryers are new, it's quiet and a great spot to explore the coast from. ...bring your kayak!

Maple Lane RV Park and Marina

Located 14 miles outside Florence, OR on the road (Hwy 126) to Eugene, OR. I hadn’ taken a vacation in 3 years when I decided to take a month off. I was going to various parks to find something affordable on my senior budget. It was totally by accident that I found out about this RV Park. Did not have time to check it out before arriving but no need. Beautiful spot on the Sieuslaw River overlooking the river and small marina. Warm friendly people who go above and beyond to help make your visit memorable. If you’re into water sports you can kayak, boat, swim, fish or just sit on one of their benches at the marina and commune with nature. There are an abundance of hummingbirds, several Osprey and other wildlife. Also available is free WiFi and in some locations cable. The facilities are kept super clean. Two toilets and two showers (one is for handicapped) plus laundry room and use of an outdoor grill and sinks. Parking available for all RV sizes, bicyclists and other tent campers. Wood is sold here. Sad to leave at the end of the month but planning my return soon.

Not really a RV park

This is really a trailer park, not a RV park, with almost all spaces taken up by long term residents. That said, the grounds are clean and (mostly) well maintained and the staff is friendly. However, the transient sites are very narrow and close together, with no room for picnic tables or lawn chairs, no grass and no trees - just gravel. We could barely fit our truck and 24' travel trailer into the space and the "s-curve" maneuver needed to exit was only inches to spare. The restroom/shower facilities (2) were clean and the laundry facility looked OK, though we did not use it. Have to agree with the previous reviewer who commented about the drunk host, but I thought she may have been high, rather than drunk; couldn't seem to figure out how to run the credit card. We were charged a weekly rate for electricity ($20) even though we only stayed 4 nights and I felt that should have been included in the nightly rate. Tent camping right down by the river looked inviting, but you'll never get any kind of an RV or trailer in there so you're limited to the gravel lot above. No nearby options for dining but there is a gas station and small market and a bar. All in all, we would not stay here again.
