Historic Corncob Ranch

This listing is provided by Visit Eastern Oregon

Bring your RV, horses, or mountain bike, and enjoy life on a working cattle ranch in the beautiful high desert country of North Central Oregon. Enjoy spectacular views and the beautiful outdoors as you ride miles of trails on high rimrocks, along deep creek beds, on open rolling hill and through the pine timber. Roam farther on horseback onto the Umatilla National Forest. Relax in the evenings under crystal clear night skies, watch the stars and listen to the coyotes howl.

Centrally located to all four of the Fossil Bed sites, Historic Corncob Ranch has 27 individual campsites spread well apart and each with a great view. Sites are designed to pull through, so there is no need to back up. Each site has two 12′ x 12′ pens, picnic table and fire ring for campfires. Stock water is a short distance from each site. Excellent spring water is available at the ranch house on arrival.

Guests are responsible to carry out what they carry in. Garbage should be packed out with you, and the ranch provides wheelbarrows to transport any horse waste to a central site. Pets are not allowed with cabin rental.
