Wish sites were wider for outdoor usage
We chose this park due to the proximity of the lake. The staff are helpful and friendly. The park is clean and well kept. The sites are long and easy to find. Those are the pros. The cons are the spots are so close together that you cannot fully open your awnings or set up your camp chairs. There is no picnic table. Essentially, you are forced to sit on your rig rather than enjoying the fresh outdoors. If you are only staying a day or two, this is a great option; however, if you want more of an outdoor life you may want to look at other options. I only rated this mediocre due to the lack of outdoor usage at the site...otherwise we were happy with the park

Not Coming Back
Having stayed in Lincoln City a few times over the years, we were looking forward to the experience of staying at Devil’s Lake RV. We were disappointed and do not intend to stay again. The positives: Hosts were polite at time of booking and at check in, WIFI was adequate, water pressure very good, other utilities fine, the park kept clean, our parking spot was plenty long enough for most rigs and level enough, (though many were not very level). When we had made our original reservations, the host put us next to the restrooms, and mentioned it was not an ideal spot and would do what they could to put us in a better spot. Months later when we arrived, we were still assigned that spot and asked to be moved. They assured us they were full up and did not have another spot. Interestingly, site 37, an immensely better spot was unoccupied and available the entire time we stayed. Our site by the restroom was lit all night due to string lights right outside our windows. We were not allowed to use the restroom or laundry as we were only staying 10 days. The site off our asphalt pad was so unleavel and tight, we could not enjoy sitting outside to watch TV, play a game, or have a cocktail. During our stay, high winds (50 mph gusts, 25 mph sustained) and wildfires and smoke began having an impact on Lincoln City. We have been at parks that have kept us apprised of situations like this, but not here. Two of the parks we stayed at this season even used email to inform visitors about things as simple as missing dogs or misplaced items. The wind event blew down trees in the park and we lost power for two nights and a day, never hearing anything from the hosts. We didn’t even know we were under a fire evacuation order until a single police car was seen out our window and I went to see what was going on, and still did not hear from the hosts. We chose to evacuate on our own, but left so late, compared to local residents, traffic was backed up through town and we were forced to divert the opposite direction of travel, having to add 150 miles onto our original 111, of driving through smoke and on narrow roads to get to our next destination. Add to all this, the park is being taken over by not just full time residents in RVs with attached decks, but also permanent mobile homes. A big part of our enjoyment of RVing is meeting new people, sharing travel experiences, and just interacting and meeting new friends. Parks that convert to full time residents like this one should advertise they are becoming mobile home parks, that way I would not take the time to stay. One last note. In our travels under Covid 19, we have never once run across restrooms and landry's being closed to “non-park-residents or short term stayers”. We have seen restrooms closed entirely to all, but even then the laundry's were open. Then you park us next to the laundry/restrooms? Seriously?

First Class RV Park
We found this place by mistake and what a great find. This is a first class rv park. We pulling in after hours and looked on the board. There are also cabins that you can rent. We were lucky as we found the last space as this rv park is usually sold out. It is super clean and well maintained. It has full hook ups with wifi and cable tv. It is just across the street (a short walk) to Devil''s Lake. It is close to the ocean and there is a casino near by.

Great Choice.
Wonderful (that means friendly & accommodating) staff. Great convenient location. I would definitely stay again. I was there for seven days and explored all around Lincoln City. The grounds are well-maintained and the sites are paved and level. The owners obviously care a lot about keeping the standards high.
