Coyote Rock RV Resort & Marina is located on the banks of the beautiful Siletz River just outside the central Oregon coastal town of Lincoln City. Nestled in a canyon where the river meets the bay, the historical landmark of Coyote Rock sits looking out on the natural loveliness of wooded hills where deer and other forest creatures abound.

New management sucks
The new management has a lot to be desired. Prices are ridiculous. He has no respect for our military either as they are NOT even given a discount 15 minutes late, (maybe) and we were charged a full extra hour for a boat rental We will NEVER go back

I want to burn this place to the ground. The worst people to give money to. I never have wrote a review in my life until now. RUDEST owners and staff I have ever talked to. They must have all had very bad childhoods or just hate their life so much they must be ignorant to everyone and are the exact reason why people hate other people. They ruined my first attempt at a proposal and didn't even have the slightest bit of remorse. I think they actually enjoyed being able to do what they did, WICKEDNESS.

Beware!
They require a deposit to reserve a space but will not refund the deposit if you have to cancel. Sea and Sand RV Park, which is down the road, right on the ocean and is much nicer refunded all but $10. This place, which has no wifi and fewer amenities kept the entire $100 deposit! Our circumstances changed. In the world of covid, they are NOT flexible which is sad.

No WiFi- can’t make any calls, check email,or look up local restaurants or attractions.
We booked the reservation site unseen... We were told we got the last river view spot for our camper. We get there, and we were not impressed with the grounds. Looks like there are some people who live there permanently, like a trailer park in some areas. Our river view spot was not nice. The spots are so tight that you can’t even have a campfire safely. The grass was overgrown behind the camper. The picnic table was covered in moss, and looked unsafe to sit on. The dock has no rails, and no life jackets , or requirement for kids to wear a life vest. I watched two kids wrestling on the dock, and one almost fell in. This is NOT the type of water to swim in. The water is flowing fast with debris. There is no signal for making phone calls, or to check email or google local restaurants or attractions. If there was an emergency, office closes at like 5pm, maybe 6. So, you could not even call for help at night. The two different people working the office were nice though. For $65 a night, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect WiFi in this day and age. I’d even be willing to pay a little more for it. I know there are new owners the last few months. Hopefully, they will use this constructive criticism to make some positive changes.

Family gathering
Just wanted to be aware of this place, never been there before and thought family would try it. The lady I believe to be michelle, we had to cancel a month in advance, hung up on me when I ask if I could get the refund for the deposit since never been there before. She never once told me that if you book with us you can NOT get any refund back. She was so concern on that her computer wasn't working and that it was crazy time for her because of new management. I have never been treated so bad. No customer service. Not a place to go
